Emotional Intelligence for Personal Effectiveness
Emotional Intelligence for Personal Effectiveness is a 2-day instructor-led training programme designed to help professionals strengthen emotional intelligence, manage stress and improve personal effectiveness in today’s fast-paced and hybrid work environments. Based on the EQ-i 2.0® model and principles of Behavioural Design, the programme focuses on four key areas: Self-Perception, Stress Management, Decision Making and Interpersonal EQ.
Participants will learn how to recognise internal triggers, manage stress responses, make intentional decisions, communicate boundaries and collaborate effectively across distributed teams. Through simulations, interactive activities, games, paired discussions and small-group exercises, participants can apply emotional intelligence concepts to practical workplace situations. The course is suitable for executives, managers, department heads, team leaders and individual contributors seeking to improve self-awareness, resilience, focus, decision-making and workplace relationships.
This is a two-day, highly interactive program designed to help professionals thrive in today’s complex, always-on work environment. Participants will explore the interplay between distraction, stress, and emotional intelligence — and walk away with practical tools to reclaim their focus, energy, and sense of direction.
The program is grounded in the EQ-i 2.0® model, one of the world’s most widely used and research-validated measures of emotional intelligence and principles of Behavioral Design. Four composites are central to the learning journey: Self-Perception, Stress Management, Decision Making, and Interpersonal EQ.
Together, these provide a comprehensive framework for understanding why we get pulled off track — and how to build the emotional intelligence required to lead ourselves with clarity, resilience, and intention.
