Negotiate with Impact
Negotiate with Impact is a 2-day intermediate, instructor-led program designed for professionals who want to negotiate with greater confidence, influence, and strategic clarity in today’s complex workplace. This course goes beyond price and contracts, focusing on aligning interests, managing internal politics, resolving resistance, and creating mutual value across stakeholders.
Participants learn to integrate Harvard’s Principled Negotiation framework (BATNA, ZOPA, interest-based negotiation) with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to strengthen emotional control, rapport-building, and language precision. Through structured preparation tools, simulations, and guided role plays, participants develop the ability to read people, reframe objections, and structure win-win outcomes. The program builds both academic grounding and real-world agility—enabling participants to lead negotiations that deliver sustainable agreements and measurable business results.
In the modern corporate environment, negotiation extends far beyond price and contracts. It involves aligning diverse interests, navigating internal politics, resolving conflict, and creating mutual value in cross-functional and external partnerships. This intermediate-level program bridges classic negotiation frameworks—such as BATNA, interest-based negotiation, and integrative bargaining—with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to enhance interpersonal effectiveness, emotional control, and language precision. Participants will walk away with both academic grounding and real-world agility to negotiate successfully at work.
